*PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PLAYERS AND COACHES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN AAU MEMBERSHIP*

• Fill out Registration form or Register Online (or click on REGISTER button at top of site)
• Fill out Roster Form
• Fax both documents to 877-709-6831
• Fill out Waiver form
• Bring all 3 documents plus Birth Certificates to event (TURN IN BEFORE FIRST GAME!!!!!)
• ENJOY YOURSELF
